Internship Purpose

Our internships are designed to introduce mission-minded young people to a cross-cultural ministry. You will be challenged and encouraged in your relationship with Christ by connecting people to the hope and freedom found in Jesus while learning about the people, language and culture of Poland.

What is it?

As an intern serving with Proem, it is important that you are able to share the gospel message and be comfortable in sharing your faith with youth, families, and volunteers. You will be mentored by our staff and encouraged to lead as well as learn.

Age Requirements

College Age

·      18-22 year olds—or have completed senior year of high school

Dates / Length of Service

• An internship is typically 8-10 weeks in length.

• The 2025 start date for all interns is June 3rd and can extend through August 16.

Expenses

Interns can expect to pay for lodging, meals, airfare, in-country transportation, travel insurance, passport, background check, and excursions and will need their own funds to cover personal expenses and in-country excursions. A total budget can range from $3,500-$3,930.

Airline Tickets

You are responsible for booking your airline ticket, but within the parameters of Proem Ministries dates/times of arrival/departure policies.

College Credit

If you are seeking college credit for the internship with Proem, we are happy to work with you and your school, however, it is your responsibility to work directly with your institution and coordinate with our staff specific details. Responsibility for this process depends on your ability to meet all requirements.
